The Supply Chain Department is responsible for Roland’s stock management through the Demand Planning process, aiming to improve forecast accuracy through a variety of techniques. Their goal is to maximise stock availability for sales whilst at minimum inventory costs. The team manage the Sales and Operations Planning process, generating business forecasts to support management decision making.
