Hi, I'm Alex and I joined Roland in 2019.

I am the European HR Coordinator at Roland Europe Group and my role is to assist the Head of European HR with all aspects of HR at Roland. 

We are responsible for Training and Development, Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Well-being, Employee Engagement and ensuring that all of our colleagues are as happy and supported as they can be at work.
