STOCK ADMINISTRATOR & CUSTOMER DELIVERY SUPPORT
JOB OUTLINE:
Based: WC2H, London
Reports to: Store Manager
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday
Approx. Start: September 2025
THE POSITION:

- Can you juggle multiple tasks, adapt to the unexpected, and keep processes running smoothly?

Our Roland and BOSS showroom showcases the very best of our products to musicians of all levels. We’re looking for someone to support the store team behind the scenes in a stockroom and administrative capacity. This role is not sales-focused – it’s about making sure every product is tracked, processed, and delivered smoothly to our customers.
YOU:
We’re looking for someone to join our central London team to:
- ensure that all stock arriving in our shop and warehouses is accounted for accurately
- track shipments
- oversee inventory audits
- make sure stock rooms are organised, and products are priced
- provide a smooth delivery service for our customers
To be successful in this role you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with customers, service providers, and our internal team. You should be highly organised, very comfortable using a variety of software packages, and have experience in previous administrative type roles.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory related issues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preforming stock counts, reconciliations, and data entry tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes as they present themselves.
- Good numerical and mathematical skills for inventory calculations.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and moving heavy items.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The communication skills to comfortably converse, build relationships, and interact appropriately with individuals, customers, and the wider Roland/BOSS team at all levels.
- An interest and knowledge in music and musical equipment is not essential, as we can teach what is required for this role.
