THE POSITION:
Roland Europe is seeking independent freelance piano and keyboard demonstrators to represent our industry-leading products at events across Europe. If you're a skilled pianist with a passion for performance, people, and product storytelling, this is your chance to join one of the world’s most respected music brands.

You’ll be engaged on a freelance basis and compensated per event. Ideal for those with a portfolio lifestyle or part-time availability, this role offers the chance to represent Roland at dealer open days, workshops, trade shows, and content productions—when your schedule allows.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Demonstration & Events

• Deliver engaging and professional product ( Traditional Pianos / Stage Pianos / Arranger Keyboards ) demonstrations at Roland events.
• Inspire customers with high-level musical performances and clear product presentations.

Sales Support

• Work alongside Sales and Product teams to help drive customer conversions at events.
• Share insights and product knowledge with end-users and store teams alike.

Brand Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening Roland’s visibility in the piano segment.
• Build relationships with local music communities and fellow creatives.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Essential Experience & Skills

• Semi-professional or professional pianist experience. ( Piano / Stage Piano )

• As secondary instrument proven experience with keyboards. ( Arrangers or Synth )

• Confident live performer with the ability to communicate and educate through music.
• Sales-minded, with the ability to support dealers and guide customer journeys.
• Familiarity with Roland products (or willingness to learn quickly).

Essential Attributes

• Passionate about music, performing, and connecting with audiences.
• Professional, reliable, and confident in front of an audience.
• Able to invoice independently (self-registered as a freelancer)
• Available for travel within assigned regions.

Languages:

Native or Fluent in at least one of the following languages :

• French,
• German
• Dutch

Professional proficiency in English is required
