
About the team
Our Sales Operations department, based at our European Headquarters in Theale, is an integral part of the European Sales Team, co-ordinating all sales-related operational activities including:
- Planning and implementing sales strategies with the European Commercial Director
- Creating and upkeep of reporting data with the Business Intelligence Team
- Creating and upkeep of European pricelists
- Improving Roland's bespoke software suite to facilitate better user experiences with the IT team
The team ensure that our sales operations operate as efficiently as possible, and that Roland employees and teams have the tools that they need to perform to their best ability.
It's a unique department that works in conjunction with almost every other department in the business, striving to implement improvements to processes and systems.
