The IT department supports the Roland sales and operations process globally.
The department consists of:
- Infrastructure team - managing hardware, software, networks, security and end-user support
- Development team - supporting and enhancing the custom ERP system
- Business Intelligence team - managing the global data warehouse and reporting
- IT Finance team - supporting the accounting software platform
- Business Process Analysts - analysing and improving the business processes in sales and ops
Our primary purpose is to ensure smooth digital operations, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the business by leveraging technology effectively.
The team supports the business globally, with members located in Belgium, UK, Poland, US and Canada
