Roland’s European Finance operations are centralised in Theale/ Reading (UK) with a regional European presence for credit control and local branch reporting in Hungary, Belgium and Italy. We have a close working relationship with our Japanese HQ and report to them on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as delivering ad-hoc value-added analysis.

The European finance team are a highly skilled group responsible for the end-to-end accounting functions of a multi-national company, including Accounts Payable, Treasury Management, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounts, Statutory Reporting, Taxes, Internal Audit, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
