The Internal audit function sits alongside Finance and FP&A, reporting to the European CFO.

Internal Audit responsibilities include auditing company processes and ensuring we adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing JSOX and Mutual Audits for Europe and reporting findings to the RJA Internal Audit department
• Carrying out internal Audits
• Overseeing European payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely submission of employment data, keeping up to date with any regulatory changes
